I started reading this at the first comic in 85. I have to say that as the comic has gone on I’m finding Luann to be more and more obnoxious. I root for some of the other characters, but just want Luann to grow up already. I hope her character redeems herself as I continue to read on.

I don’t understand why Bernice would be against it. When I was in high school, my older brother and my best friend started dating and got engaged and I was thrilled with the idea that she would really be my sister!
