Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson for March 22, 1991
Transcript:
Calvin: I've got to say, Hobbes, I've really perfected my old duplicator this time! Hobbes: I'll grant it needed perfecting. Calvin: It was so simple to add an ethicator! I don't know why I didn't think of it before! Now, instead of making a complete duplicate of me, I've made a duplicate of just my good side! He does all the work and I get all the credit! He's a total sap! I know! I know the answer! Miss Wormwood: You've gotten so many, let's let someone else try this one, ok, dear?

How does this kid accomplish something scientists have yet achieve, but still fail math at the same time?

Surprised Calvin didn’t do this at Christmastime

If we go under the assumption that this is all in his imagination it actually proves that Calvin is a very smart kid, if he can get all of this right despite the fact that he doesn’t appear to pay attention

Pretty cool how Watterson plays with our minds here. You see good Clavin at school. At the same time normal Calvin is at home with Hobbes. Are there really two Calvins or is he imagining himself with Hobbes while he’s actually pretending to be good Calvin? Nice job Mr Watterson!
