No hogging potential? How about the jerks who take twenty magazines off the periodical shelves to read and deny them to other patrons? It’s gotten to the point that if I think one of these selfish so-and-so’s has something that I want to look at, I just go up to them and sort through their collection. My philosophy is, you can only read one thing at a time, and if you aren’t actually reading something, it’s up for grabs!
