And she’s got a whole lot more jiffies to go – at least 2 more hours worth.

Time for a Jiffy Pop in the nose.

Boy considering how long they’ve been married, you have to wonder how often he HAS asked her that first question.

When she said she’d be there in a Jiffy, is that code for, “I haven’t even started getting ready yet?”

As we get older, we need more jiffies!

Don’t know what is worse; Sleeping with a woman wearing curlers or one with hair extensions.Both?Aaah, the mellow menage….

I thought Jiffy was peanut butter. I was wondering how she would fit in the jar.

Just go without her, then come back and tell her all about it.

tell her “i’ll be back in a jiffy”,.

Curlers in hair, still in her robe, and that foot action…She would be gone.

I have an uncle would make time early enough would not be late.For me my hair is to short just wash and go.

If Earl is anywhere near smart, he’ll keep his mouth shut tight! Otherwise Opalo will put the clock in it.

Earl might have to settle for a “Jot and a tittle” or, perhaps, before you can say “Bobs your Uncle!”.

I must say, Pickles was the LAST place I’d expect to see a Linux Kernel time unit.

Okay, he antagonized her but do men realize how much “stuff” women have to do to be presentable?! My husband is ready to walk out the door on an errand at any time, but I have to put in lenses, apply make-up, etc.

ok earl we get that it has been more than a jiffy just get over with it.

My life is so very opposite of this strip. I am the one that has the kids and myself ready and we almost always have to wait for my husband.

You always know you’re going too far… about a step past “too far.” sigh I do the same thing to my wife, Earl. I tell her I tease her to keep her blood pressure from dropping too low. :-)

I do at least try to be truthful about how long I’ll be. I certainly wouldn’t say “I’ll be there in a jiffy” if I was still in my robe with curlers in my hair! Well I don’t use curlers anyway lol but if I’m running behind I’ll honestly say “babe I’m sorry but I’m gonna be another 20 minutes” or whatever. That way he knows he has time to do something else if he wants to while he waits
