Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson for February 20, 1993

Transcript:
Calvin: I'm not going to do this homework! C'mon, let's go outside! Hobbes: Nobody gives the evil eye like your dad. Calvin: Did you see how his veins throbbed?
Early proponents of Intelligent Design of the Cosmos used the eye as a focal point that order of the magnitude present can not be brought out of chaos through random events and competition. Calvin’s Dad shows the human eye is more proof that being observed by those that can take your freedom away is greater than any fate articulated for disobeying them.
