If I remember correctly, early in the series the Professor made a glue to patch the hole. Gilligan painted the entire boat with it. Sadly, it caused wood (or the nails, don’t remember which) to disentigrate, thus destroying the whole boat.
We all know dogs who, though they are on a leash, actually run the show. Some dogs know how to take control. Obviously Will is one of these.
He must love that Kennel, he tries so hard to avoid being adopted!
