it might get to freezing in the Austin/San Antonio area. usually it waits to december.

It’s in the 70s during the day here, but it gets down into the lower 40s at night. Gotta love the tropics!

Maybe the turkey has gone south for the winter. Almost 100 in parts of Australia today. Good move turkey … and yes we like turkeys too, so ……….

I usually use aluminum foil to make a tent for my turkey.

It browns better that way, and stays moist.
