Its are easier to handle than hes are. Sometimes even easier than the shes. Growing up on a dairy farm teaches more than you want to know about bovines.

A cow is always a “she”. A bovine “he” is a bull unless it’s been neutered, but even then it’s not a “she”, it’s an “it”!
