Satchel: What's that? Bucky: I just finished my new manuscript: The book of pain. Satchel: Ooo, so it's a drama? Bucky: for me it's a comedy with a bit of action, but for you it's a mystery with a dash of horror. Satchel: Ha ha! Huh? Can I see it? There's no words! How is it a mysterious comedy without words? Bucky: Give it here, I'll show you. Lean in here.... See? You hold it like so, and... Satchel: Mm-hm. I don't like your new manuscript. Bucky: It'll work better in hardcover format.

If he brings it out in hardcover, I believe he’ll discover that Satchel has added something.
Act II: The flying Siamese.

Bucky sure puts in a lot of work into non-constructive things.

When will all you realize that Bucky is a genius? Years from now he’ll be known as the master of the short story.

Bucky has studied Bruce Lee. “The Art of writing, without writing.”

That was a hard-hitting novel. Good thing Bucky doesn’t take after the size of Stephen King’s novel. Now, that would have been some real heavy reading.

What I can’t figure out is why Rob keeps Bucky Cat in the first place. Put him in a cat kennel for a week or two and let him see what it feels like to not have a home, security, companionship and unlimited “eats”. Maybe then he would grow a sense of appreciation.

I like it better when you don’t rely on slapstick humor. Never much cared for Three Stooges or Roadrunner type comics.
