If I’m pitching and Grog comes to the plate, I’m gonna feel tightness in my shoulder and we’re gonna have to go to the bullpen.

@lancematy:That pear tree reminds me of the lawn mower incident in my back yard. I’m 51 and laugh to unlimited purpoise (endorphine style) over these things.

Good morning BC’ers. Rough weekend. Have a better day.

I was actually expecting something more punny, like Grog going back into the cave and coming out with a real bat…or maybe Batman.

A museum once put a suit on one of their “caveman” and it looked like a modern human.

In the 1990’s there was a TV series “Archaeology” hosted by John Rhys-Davies. One episode ended [approximately] “could there still be Neanderthal genes in the human population?” as the Neanderthal face on screen was replaced by that of Rhys-Davies — coincidence?

I thought baseball bats were supposed to be made of Ash Wood, not Pear Wood.
