Helped moved the 2 kids of our friends today. Had to go a whopping 1.3 miles so, even though they had a LOT of stuff, we were done by noon.

After getting ready for tomorrow, I went for a long walk in the park. I went slowly and wore shorts to keep cool. It’s a big park with a ravine running through it, right between busy intersections. The park is so dense with trees and birds that you don’t hear the city.

I treated myself to Kingfish for supper. We have a West Indian parade called Caribbana, so West Indian dish seemed to fit the weekend.For some reason, Mua was never crazy about fish. He liked chicken instead, or turkey.

Shika, yes both kids were and are still sharing an apartment. iPad. Ooooooooooo. Ahhhhhhhhhh. Special.

Shika has become the first person to respond to my first post so she qualifies.for a free executive tuck.

I have never been one to text, but find that typing with my thumbs is not difficult when you already know how to type.

I usually pick up grass for him in the park. The kind that cows eat, not pot! I was sad when I realized I didn’t have to do that. He loved it when I brought grass home for him.

My cousin says I’m the only one she knows who grazes for a cat. ;-)

I can’t type with my thumbs on my iPod. I hit too many keys.
