Ah the memories…back in the days when VCRs were the new toy, ours broke down and we took it into the repair shop. The man opened it up, and called me on the phone about a “mysterious substance” that covered the inside. “I’ve never seen this before, ma’am…something like…little white feathers?”Could it be white cat hair?Pause.Pause.“I guess it could.”Discovered that Mr Cat would lie on top of the VCR when we weren’t home because it was warm.This is the same cat that would turn on the radio in our absence.
I saw a show on Animal Planet one night, and part of it showed a woman who spun cat hair into yarn and knitted it into bags. She had sold quite a few of them, but I thought they were pretty creepy.
