And I walked out of a Led Zeppelin concert in 1969 due to boredom. Talented musicians all, but they can get pretentious and excessively “arty” which can be boring. It did not help that the opening act was some then little-known group called Jethro Tull. Ian Anderson and company completely blew me away.

JPJ also played keyboards. Very talented fellow who stayed in the background, but who was (ahem) instrumental in the band’s success.
