The homes in the village of Siala in Orissa, India, have no doors! Villagers believe a goddess watches over there village and protects it from theft. Many species of spiders have cannibalistic females- but only one known species, South America's Allocosa Brasiliemsis- has males that cannibalize females! Josh Le, a student at the University of Edmonton, in Canada, wore the same pair of jeans every day for 15 months, without washing them!

The believe the reason he wore the jeans that long was as an experiment in for his textile or biology class. By the way, it is the University of Alberta, located in Edmonton.
