His Mom won’t buy into it…

It’s not a sports car!

And a head case.

Calvin is really too big for his Mom to be carting him around.

If Mom follows Calvin’s instructions, he will be risking life and limb. That’s putting the cart before the hearse.

Perhaps Mom will be accused of pushing her son too hard.

Makes you wonder what other ideas Calvin has in store.

So far, Mom has only picked up one thing.

“Good Grief” is an oxymoron, isn’t it?…“Multiple pun-ishment” is good grief. They are synonymous …have the same meaning, even (Snagglepuss)

When I was 17, my bf and I were messing around in a parking lot and he asked me to get into a shopping cart. Then he wheeled it super fast and bumped it into this car, and the owners of the car had just walked up and yelled at us big time. You’d think we were too old to do something like that. Honestly, I don’t know what he was thinking by bumping me into the car though.

No more coffee for HOBBES this morning.

If Calvin’s mom had put him in the cart correctly, he would have been in the little seat facing her – therefor cutting off any race car attitude.

In our shopping store kids are so happy to ride, some even have steering wheels .They are not real of coarse.Calvin would have liked them.

I have never understood why they make the seats in grocery carts so that the kid faces his/her mother. Humans are constructed to move forward. Going backwards is quite difficult. Calvin is just a bit more advanced than most children in this respect. If someone could make a ramp so he could vault the meat counter at the rear of the store, what a story he would have to tell Hobbes…..

Calvin might be a little big to ride in the cart; wait until he crashes into the jumbo shrimp. The odds are even he’ll get thrown out. This is a seriously funny cartoon.

That should be “May I ride in that grocery cart” Calvin CAN do whatever he wants to..He usually does :)

Or. MAYbe she should let go and THEN run down the aisle…
