Anxieteers: First appeared in an earlier strip, sole purpose is too keep people from sleep and make them nervous. The orange one is the odd one, he undremind the anxieteers’ progress by comforting rat.

In case anyone’s curious, 505 Sansome St in San Francisco is the TransAmerica Pyramid building. 803 Hearst is actually in Berkeley, and is a bunch of law offices. Possibly Stephan’s old stomping grounds?
