Transcript:
Girl: Did you know the pet-food store has dog treats that look like people food? That seems like a lot of effort to please an animal that's happy to root around in the cat box. Frazz: The pet-food store also has litter boxes with covers. Girl: Sure, to help them sell more fake people food.

The pet industry hit $48 billion in revenue in 2010.Fake people food for pets is big business!!But nowhere near as big as the business of selling fake people food to people for people.

phuh knees, funny. I have to reluctantly admire the word Benniful, though. But dogs will eat anything….

I marvel that the only place we read ingredients is the pet aisle.

I won’t pay for the commercial treats. I buy a big bag of a brand of dog food that is different from their ususal food and use that. They are just a wild for a small kibble as for a big piece of fake bacon.

It’s because it’s the attention they want, more than the food. They gulp it down too fast to even taste it. (((Doggies)))

Some cats don’t like to be watched when they’re in the litter box. It’s not a matter of privacy, they just don’t feel safe when they’re occupied that way unless they’re out of sight.

Cats don’t absorb all of the protein that they eat; that is why the dogs are attracted to their scat. I wonder if that fact has been used by the producers of one of those survivor reality series . . . . ewwwww
