Just to reiterate, it is not illegal to text while walking in Philly. Mayor Nutter tweeted that clarification. It was a big misunderstanding. Google it.

Can not wait to see if COPS has something on texting for either walking or driving. Teens that seen this hope take seriously. Less injuries. Did anyone see on a UTUBE video a woman texting fell into a store mall pond? Actually happened then she was going to sue mall security then she had to turn herself in hot or stolen checks.
