In the living room Frank reading the newspaper says to Luann and Brad: "Well, we're a week into Y2K and so far nothing major has crashed." Luann standing over Brad - who is lying on the sofa says: "'Cept Brad", Brad relies: "And your face." Frank with his arms crossed continues talking: "Wow, 2000. When I was a kid, they said that at the rate of human reproduction, there'd be standing room only by the year 2000." Luann now sitting on the arm of the sofa next to Brad replies: "If everyone was Brad's size, there would be", Brad replies to Luann: "If everyone looked like you, who'd wantto reproduce?" Frank says to them: "And I thought there'd be flying cars, anti gravity boots, space colonies..." Luann turns to pat Brad's hair and says: "Brad has antigravity hair." Brad replies: "You've got a space colony between your ears." Frank still on the same subject continues: "...Andcures for colds, flu, cancer..." Luann looks at Frank and asks: "What about brothers?", to which Brad replies: "What about nerdiness?" Frank with his elbow resting on the table says: "I also thought my kids would be mature grown-ups." Luann patting Brad's tummy says: "Brad's gut has grown up nicely." Brad with abottle towards his lips replies: "At least I'm mature."
