Reading the funnies in the paper, Luann says to Bernice "Wouldn't it be great to be a cartoon character?" Luann imagines herself as a cartoon character...Luann says, "You could never get hurt." She pictures a 2 ton block falling on her. Luann continues, "You'd never be late to class." She pictures herself racing at top speed to class. She continues, "You'd rule in PE." She pictures herself jumping hurdles with no problem. Bernice replies, "Yeah, but you'd be a drawing. Someone could come along and erase..."
