Luann is in her car near the Department of Motor Vehicles. A uniformed officer stands outside the car with a clipboard, administering a driving test. The officer says, "Left turn indicator, please." Luann turns on the windshield wipers, saying, "Oops." The officer says, "Now the right." Luann opens the gas tank door, saying, "Um." The officer continues, "Headlights." Luann turns on the blinker. The officer continues, "And wipers." Luann watches in horror as the car hood flies open. In Luann's bedroom, Bernice reads the driving test results as Luann and Paddles watch. Bernice responds, "You FAILED your driving test?!" Luann replies, "She coulda asked me something I KNOW. Like how to work the radio."
