Morning,Vagabonds. The realtor didn’t have any encouraging words for us at all. She couldn’t find anyone who would finance our fixerupper. We’re going to a bank this afternoon and trying there. If that doesn’t work, I think I’ll apply on line. There is a special government loan designed just for cases like this. Here’s the link to Today’s Annie .

Just spent the last hour looking at about 500 proofs from the photographer from our son’s wedding. It was terrific……and fun to relive the day all over again!
JanCin….. The movie’s title is just “The Proffesonal”. Jean Reno is French, but has been in American-made films.“The Proffesional was Natalie Portman’s first movie. She was, I believe, twelve at the time. The movie isn’t even on the list of her movies in the “Video Hound”.Just looked the movie up. “Leon the Cleaner” is an alternate title for the film. If you’d like to see another side of him, try “Just Visiting”. A hilarious fun movie!
@SWEETBILL, and any other Easterners;Did you feel the earthquake a while ago.I’ve felt a lot of them over the years, there in Southern California. A few in the north of the state, too.

As for Henderson weather, its been in triple digits since we bought the house. From what I hear, that won’t let up until mid-September or later.

That was a 5.9 in Virginia (80 or so miles SW of DC),
…And, there was a 5.5 south of Denver earlier today! Whoa…we’re rockin’ & rollin’ again!
