You can’t be an American conservative and have a conscience these days, Carmen.

Carmen’s a national heroine. Given what’s come out of Congress lately, a missing Senator that does nothing is better than one that tries to “do something” about the nation’s problems.

I really don’t see much difference between Kevin and most of Congress. . .
