Doc toon has a point. The Morales Spiderman is part of the “Ultimate” set of titles. Which are set in an alternate reality. Peter Parker is still Spiderman in the mail Marvel reality.

The people who have a problem with Miles Morales being Spiderman before they even see the movie are the same people that had trouble with Will Smith portraying James West. Don’t be a bigot, see the film, if you don’t like his performance that is one thing. But don’t hate it just because of his race. That IS racist. Give the man a chance before you pass judgement.
