Nah, this is like Warner cartoons, he’ll be back. Just like Wyle E. Coyote after he falls off the cliff/gets hit by a truck/blows up.

Don’t worry, they’ll find a chunk of amber with a mosquito inside, extract Buni’s blood from it and hatch a clone. Unfortunately (or not?) he will be a female.

@Seiko: I’m running reruns of my favorite Buni comics here at GoComics to catch up readers who haven’t read my previous comics before. It also gives me a couple months to stockpile Buni comics so I can start running them three days a week as well on bunicomic.com (which currently runs them two days a week).

I like that his ears have bones.

Application of logic: he died before he was born, therefore he will be born again sometime later and live twice. Maybe in the second round he won’t get access to a time machine.
