Panels have different frames. Luann explains, "Did you notice out borders, Brad? We're celebrating the new comic strips." Brad pokes at the border and says, "Cool. Could someone use us as stamps?" Luann posese and says, "Why not? Obviously, I'd be priority first class." Little box has, "32 USA." 'Luann' logo runs along on the side. She tells Brad, "And you'd be bulk rate. Little box says, "Cheap USA." Another label says, "Brad," who has a grouchy look. He says, "And your about to be cancelled."
