As they continue to look at facial products, Luann says, "Let's see, we've got 'Advanced Formula,' 'Unique Formula', 'Patented Formula', 'Laboratory Formula'.." Nancy exclaims, "Why do they make so many stupid choices?!" Luann figures, "I guess we'll just have to buy one of each to see which we like best." Nancy says, "I suppose." As they carry the mulitude of products, Nancy realizes the marketing strategy of why there are so many formulas and says, "Wait a minute.."
