There are loud noises outside Miss Phelps door. Mr Fogarty, dressed in a kilt, says, "Stay back, Miss Phelps. I'll handle this." Miss Phleps says, "Be careful! Don't get shot!" Mr. Fogarty opens the door. A boy holds a garbage can lid and a spoon. Mr. Fogarty says, "Hey, Buster! Knock it off before I come out there and give you new dental work!!" The boy says, "Oh, sorry, Sir! I'll be quiet!" Mr Fogarty closes the door. Miss Phleps says, "Mister Fogarty!!"
