Brad has the mop in his hand and Luann is over at the register. Brad screams:"You got hired to work a register, and I'm mopping floors?! What's that about??" Luann says:"You lack people skills, Brad, you can't handle the public" Brad screams at the top of his lungs:"I can handle the public!!" Luann smiles and says to a couple who had approached the register:"Hi! May I help you?" The couple is scared of Brad and says:"No! um... we're just browsing"
