Good Morning, Villagers,Had a lovely evening with some friends at the fire ring. We were all set to watch a brilliant meteor shower……….but we had CLOUDS all night!!! Bummer.Good time was had by all anyway.

Indy Car race today, so I’m off to do my chores before it starts. It’s a first for New Hampshire…….
@dkram, Watkins Srint cup is rained out so far here south of me in NY and it’s raining here most of the day also. I’am going to also be wathing the NH race, hope you guys are dry.
Has anyone seen BOTH movies: “The Naked Prey” AND “Apocacolpse”? In both movies the main character is being pursued by a group of predators; one movie takes place in Africa and the other among the Mayas. Don’t you think Gibson borrowed the idea of the poison snake biting one of the attackers from “The Naked Prey?”

Yep, I was thinking of Dallas (Dal) McKennon, good old Cincinnatus on Daniel Boone, he was also the voice of Archie Andrews in most of the Archie TV cartoons.You are a true shot Jan..\\//_
@dkramYes, one of the films I referred to IS “Apocalypto” bu Gibson (I had bought the DVD in Yuctan and thought it was the Spanish version title of Gibson’s film. but I had also seen “The Naked Prey,” and thought Gibson had copied that scene.
