BTDT – and 4:05 is my normal alarm setting. When I complained to the waiter the next day (at a hotel), he didn’t even apologize and refused to admit that he could have mixed up the decaf and regular! My choice now? Water – a natural caffiene free, calorie free beverage!

If I wake at those time I generally get up and read the comics. Sure kills a couple hours then back to bed.
