Like anthony, 42 years married, don’t often fight, and spousal unit seems better at sulking, but not for long— it HAS been 42 years. But like in most male human activity the real problems seem to come when the “guys rule” rule takes the place of “common sense” which says, common ground is a better place to live.
I am trying for the 3rd time. So far so good. She knows I will get in the RV and drive away and never say anything to her, ever again, if the going gets too rough.
This was in the USA Today “Don’t Quote Me” game several days ago, attributed to Red Skelton. Since both have lead times, it must just be a coincidence.
