Over a century of liberal/progressive/leftist/socialist propaganda has convinced most of the public that regulating businesses into a state of stupor is in the public interest. We are now seeing the final stages of that error.
When corporations would rather sit on a mountain of cash than invest in growth, that is definitely dysfunctional but also an understandable result of not knowing what the next hammer-blow against them will be.
I just found this strip, and heres wat i think of it: too many cats. Too many words. These characters have won the prize of ugliest comic characters ever. I HATE SYLVIA

LOL. Right.. The corporations have sooooo little money they are all crippled and weak and just can’t function.
