You're back from shopping for school supplies! Yes indeedy! And look at the super cool Batman 3 ring binder I got! To keep your homework in?! Sure, that, but also to do Batman doodles in during class.
YES! You rock, Red! Judging from the design of the bat logo I suspect that this was an actual binder, from the fist film (1989), that Brian Basset probably got when he was a young lad himself.
Since female super-heroes were limited to (basically) Wonder Woman, and Super Girl… I’d take my mom’s Fredericks of Hollywood catalogs (those days they were in b/w and were drawings) to use as templates to create my own.

I was more into doing starship doodles. I never was much into the super-hero showns & comics.
