I went through similar crap like this last weekend when I helped my mother with her yard sale. No matter how ridiculously cheap something is, people are never satisfied and always want you to practically pay them to take it off your hands instead of just enjoying the huge bargain they’re getting!
Guys used to scour the yard sales for broken Craftsman tools which had a lifetime guarantee, then take them back to Sears for a free replacement. Do they still do that?

It is an open-end wrench, for nuts and bolts; pipe wrenches are also called monkey wrenches and are adjustable.
