Football is boring beyond comprehension. A bunch of big, hefty, grunting guys waddle around for a few second grappling over some ball, then TWEET! they’re back to where they started. And then repeat. Bo-oring.

In Damn Yankees, there’s a song near the beginning, “Six Months Out Of Every Year,” where the wives complain that the husbands spend half the year watching baseball. Now, it’s football. What it will be in another fifty years is anybody’s guess.
