Panel 2 is a hoot! But it’s especially nice to see Donna’s concern for Mona in panel 3 ( droll snicker).
At first I was thinking both, but then I thought, “No, they must be laughing at/about Mona.” If they had any empathy for any man who might dare be with Mona, they would be all somber and bug eyed.
