When cold, mix with 4 cups sifted flour with 3 tsp soda.Cook in oven 325 degrees.This takes about one hourCake is done when the finger doesn’t leave an ampression when pressed into the cake.
The only thing that bothers me here is that I won;t be able to get any of it when you’ve baked it, :-(((.

Okay bakers, here it is:MOM’S RECIPE FOR CARROT CAKE Verbatim from card.
2 3/4 cups sugar…..2 cups raisins…..2 1/2 cups water…..2 tbs lard or oil…..2 cups grated carrots……1 tsp ginger…..1 tsp cloves…..1 tsp cinnimonCook the above 20 minutes. Cool (overnight)
