    Morning, Vagabonds.

APOI (from yesterday) – I don’t think it’s because the seller didn’t think the house would pass an FHA inspection. The FHA had pre-approved me for twice what the loan was for. I think it’s because the seller just doesn’t want to have any dealings with all the red tape and regulations involved in a government loan.

Checking in a little late, but in time to say

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SLIM

Here’s my birthday song (hope it comes across well without the melody)

A happy birthday to you, a happy birthday to you.

Every day of the year may you find Jesus near.

A happy birthday to you, a happy birthday to you.

And the best year you’ve ever had. AMEN

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SLIM!! May you dance and sing with joy for another 80 years.

SweetBill: In 2007 I retired from a Human Resourses position that had me on the computer Mon-Fri for 12 hours a day. By the time I retired I did not even want to look at a computer even to read the comics (burnout is a real pain). So after four years I am trying to get some skills back. As soon as I figure out how to get an Avatar I will. ;)

@ Chris Smith aka cos618:Don’t worry, my dear. If I’ve been able to keep it going as long as I have, you shouldn’t have any problems.

    Good morning, Everyone,

Very happily, our two daughters (San Diego and Palmdale) will be arriving sometime late afternoon. They are driving, and had lots of thunderstorms all through the Nevada/Utah desert..I probably won’t post again for a while. Hopefully someone will post and tell ya’ll how the surgery went.

    Love ya all.

Hi villagers and friends all..Just got taken by suprize by a “Bud” commercial, the big Clydesdales are drawing thier wagon through NYC, you see Lady Liberty in the back ground, then the New York skyline. At that point those big horses bow like Triger to Ground Zero..A lot good tributes to 9/11 this morning, I hope they give the same honor to Pearl Harbor in December. We must not forget ether day..Rita & Jack, the best to you as you face the coming days..Later all..\\//_
