    Morning, Vagabonds.

    How ya doin’ Montana Lady?

Had to redo the contract yesterday because of some technical glitch, so we’re back to waiting.

Hurry back Slim. We’ll miss you while you’re gone.

Saw “No Country For Old Men” on TV last night. It was great up to the ending. I was disappointed that the plot was never resolved.

    Here’s the link to Today’s Annie .

Mornin’ friends. Another day of packing up my office. Moving on Saturday. (and yes, I’m still packing up here in VV as well.) Good thing it’s a small office, as I’m packing ALL of it. At least we’re not moving most of the furniture. You wouldn’t BELIEVE how many file boxes I’ve filled already!

It’s just hard to wait!.VB….everything is always “well” when you visit!.dkram…rain sounds good, if you weren’t flooded out with the last rain..Jan….are you able to move your VV office to Henderson? Or is that a home office? I am sure surprised and pleased to hear so many people telecomute nowadays. :))).As to this tired ole gal……the doctor’s appointment had to be moved to this afternoon. Something about him having emergency surgeries yesterday. No problem, as long as I get these pesky ole staples out!!! I’m feeling much better today….for some reason, yesterday I was all exhausted and sleepy for most of the day!

Good evening everyone. Seems I’m getting here later and later each day.

SB: My husband and daughters are from here. I am a originally from northern Ohio. I loved the area enough to stay when I got out of the Army and stayed long enough to meet and marry my husband.

A couple of years ago my son-in-law traveled with me to meet the family in Ohio, it was his first trip east of the Mississippi. He and my daughter went for a drive up to Lorain and followed Lakeshore Drive along Lake Erie. After about 30 minutes, he called my dad and asked why he couldn’t see Canada. My father asked for his location and then with a straight face answered "I don’t know why you can’t see Canada, you are at the narrowest part of the lake and Canada is only 27 miles away. ;)

Jan: I worked in the same office for 27 years. I didn’t think I had much stuff there until I went to move it out when I retired. I filled the back of my van twice. Still don’t know where all that stuff was hiding.

Rita, I think I misled you. My office is moving about 8 miles to Hesperia on Saturday. When I start telecommuting (around Christmas), I will have a home office in Henderson and work through “Go to My PC” remotely. I’ll probably have to come back here once or twice a month for the stuff I can’t do remotely (like filing).
