A vendor should know better than to display treats in low bins.
Although I once ended up buying a chew bone at Petsmart because my Lab grabbed it out of such a display…and I had him on a short lead, and was keeping an eye on him. Sometimes the combination of temptation and hair-trigger canine reflexes will overpower the pet owner’s best efforts!
