I see no difference between Perry, and Palin, and Bachman, and whatever that Mormon’s name is, and Cain, and that pasty fat white guy from the Clinton years ……
Governor Perry holds many bad ideas: on Social Security, on government, on Texas’s “success” in creating jobs, on killing people, on extreme climate change, on history, &c. It demonstrates thirty years of declining education that Texas has elected him twice and that many Teapublicans support him. Of course, they supported Bush-Dick, too, and they cannot explain that. They have hate. Do they have anything else?
It’s time for progressives to continue to move this country forward, to ignore the Teapublicans trying to return us to the nineteenth century, to saturate the airwaves & print with honest, progressive message (not easy, considering the rightward tilt to the media), to re-elect President Obama (he will be America’s first re-elected president since Bill Clinton!), and to elect progressive politicians.
