Buenos Dias*Locos!. Nice try Gracie, but doing dishes is a lifelong chore that one just can’t get out of doing. Unless you live with *LilG. She has managed to find a sucker to do them for her.

We are getting the first serious rain that we have had in over a month.

LilG has had a friend from Alaska staying here for a week getting her daughter set up in WWU for her first year. She is supposed to take the ferry back home tomorrow. She just called to say that she was involved in a weather related freeway pile up and she totaled her car. I feel so sorry for her, but I am glad that she wasn’t injured.

cleo you shouldn’t call yourself a sucker! LOL!

Doing dishes isn’t so bad, unless you’ve got a lot of dishes with pasta and tomato based sauces or dishes with grease.

The key is not to give in to putting off dishes until the following morning.

When Carmie was here, she let me use her dish washer.

NO SHIKA! YOU CAN’T USE MY DISH WASHER, I DON’T HAVE ONE, EXCEPT FOR YOURS TRULY!

Shika a nice steak and baked potato, a great big sub (hoagie, I forget what Canada calls them), spagetti with hot sausage and meatballs, stuffed green peppers, oh what the heck, I LOVE FOOD!

I’m sitting here watching Law & Order on the USA channel on the bed and the kitties are laying here all stretched out body length sleeping. My gawd! I can’t believe how much they’ve grown! Me and my youngest DID A GREAT JOB! Wish I had a FREAKING CAMERA!

Dry If I cook all that food for you, you’ll have more dishes to wash. Are you sure you want that? lol

I wish you had a camera too. We never took photos of our earlier cats. I have one photo of our first cat, and about three of our last cat (our cats meaning when I was living at home) I took plenty of Mua, but I wish I had his sweet meow and purr on video. :-( I love to look at his photos.

I spent the day driving LilG’s friend around as she looked to replace her car. She literally was saved by her engine as her car was compacted abpt 2 1/2 ft. She finally found a replacement car and is all set for her ferry ride back to Alaska tomorrow. Such a strange day with both north/south lanes of I-5 closed because of two truck accidents. The one affecting our guest was a liquid nitrogen escape.

cleo It is a miracle she survived. I hope she doesn’t have lasting repurcussions from the impact.
