And yeah, the “Mommy” word would make one wonder if he is looking to replace one with another, with the first one’s blessing. Lila already is a Child Mother. (In addition to being the Mother of a Child.)
Wow, you’re bitter. Now if you had said that she is shallow, fine. But “most of the women today”? You could say the same for men, so really you just sound like you need some therapy.
I feel sorry for Lila, she finally meets a Dr. bright, handsome and a real dud. IfI a guy ever refered to his mommy that would be my “Q” to suddenly become ill and have to go home.
I have thought about what you said, and I agree. It’s a win win for the Dr. for Lila she can shop until she drops, and a win win for Annie. She will now have two Daddy’s that are Dr’s. What’s not to like?
Yah, you ladies talk about “my mommy” like it’s a bad thing (not sayin’ it’s good), but then when a guy is Manly and Tough and Mean, then you’re all over him! … then you complain when he spends all night out with the Boys, or spends all day at home watching football on TV, or comes home drunk and beats you up … Say what you will about the “Momma’s Boy,” but you know he’ll never lift a hand to strike you.
Eww! A momma’s boy! Run Lila! Those guys are the worst!Their mother will hate you soon as the door opens and heaven help you…if you go critical on old mom!

So, is the doctor going to accompany Lila to Emergency? By definition, he is entitled to get involved.

I’m still trying to figure out why and how he’s developed these “feelings” for Lila. All he’s done is talk about himself.
For a minute I thought the “Boyd is sick” thing was a setup.
