Katman, that new tarzan comic was good. I rate it 4 of 5. The writing seemed to leave some details out. Its something you probably have noticed in modern comics; that is the shortcomings of writing comensated more by large flashy drawings. I actually got more enjoyment reading the gocomics.com version. I am totally picking up next months though.
brick, in some cases it is a lack of writing in others an attempt to capture the audience by visuals, since the audiences are more and more brought up in the strickly visual mediums of cinema, television, and video games.
@QuartermainI just caught your comment yesterday about the swim scene. I commented on that somewhere else a few months ago. It was edited out of all the Tarzan movies I saw years ago. It was only about 2 years ago when I saw it for the first time. I am still like WOW!Thanks for your service, WW2 Marine Veteran! I have an uncle from that one.
Happy Wednesday tribe mates! What is Tarzan actually viewing with such astonishment?Cap.n Bilski and all of the wee pygmies doing the dum-dum dance naked? Prepping for Super Bowl already? Or, have they already shrunk Bilski’s head which looks like a golf ball on a big tee stick? Maybe the missionaries brought them a 70" flatscreen and hooked them up to the local cable station and now they’re watching the pay-per-view XXX-rated channels instead of Jim and Tammy Faye? Tune in tomorrow (and probably through the end of the week) for the next “exciting” development! :)=

Are they cooking him over a spit or boiling him in a giant pot? Either way, their celebration is about to come to a grinding halt. Kreegah! Bundolo!
