It’s all fine and dandy to eat healthy… but a vegetable tray is mostly fiber and won’t help to replenish the electrolytes lost during practice or give the sugar and protein to fuel their muscles during practice! Tofu would at least be better than a veggie tray… but I doubt much of any of them would eat it. At least do a fruit tray or beans so they can get some fuel! ;-)
