You’ll leave the “light on”? Just like Motel 6, eh? Sorry to burst in here, but when I saw that comment, I couldn’t resist replying! Have a good day dkram!
Rita: The traffic was ok because I always leave VV before it really picks up. However, about 20 miles outside of Vegas, a semi lost the tread on one of his tires right in front of me and I couldn’t avoid hitting a huge piece. It took out most of the front end of my car – the decorative stuff, no problems with the engine, radiator or fluids. I took it over to a Toyota dealer in Vegas, and they took off all the stuff that was loose or flapping and I can drive it back to CA, but it will probably be a couple of thousand dollars to fix (yes, I’ve filed an insurance claim). Scary stuff! I had the cat with me, and he was so cool and unperturbed he was a calming influence in a near-panic situation.
Watched a relatively good movie last night…….1955Clark GableRobert RyanJane RussellCattle drive from Texas to Montana.Filmed entirely in Durango, Mexico.Score was by Victor Young (Around the World in 80 Days ….and The Quiet Man)

Thanks ML! I would guess The Tall Men? If so, wasn’t Cameron Mitchell in that also? Any movie with Clark Gable is worth watching!

Good Afternoon Everyone.
Jan: Glad to hear you are all right. That can be quite unnerving when it happens. Take care.
