It wasn’t Janis’ fault. The runners should have stayed on the bases. Infield fly rule – the batter is out regardless. By running the other players are all fair game.

It was not a triple play. It was an out because of the infield fly rule. All runners can be sent back to their bags, and the game continues: bases loaded, one out.
