Some species of rodents have ultraviolet vision, which allows them to see the urine marks of other rodents! A drill with a triangular bit can cut a square hole! Allouville-Bellefosse, France, is home to the Chapel Oak, a tree nearly 1000 years old that has had a chapel and its trunk since the 17th century!

Am I the only one who sees faces in these illustrations. It isn’t just this comic, I see them in many other comics as well! Either the artists have an “underground” program going on or perhaps iv’e finaly gone over the edge.

It’s called Matrixing, when you can make out faces and other images in pictures, landscapes and clouds..I’m good at it, but it sounds like you’re better..\\//_

In one respect, the Chapel oak tree is like an elephant. It has an extended trunk!

The bit to cut a square hole must operate with its center free to move, ie in a hand drill. If chucked into a drill press, expect a round hole.

I can see what appears to be an old man or woman in that oak.Tha’s interesting that people clustered there for chapel services so long ago.

So what do they call the drill? A Wankel drill? A Dardick drill?

They don’t make trees like that anymore. We cut them down to size. :-(
