my bike is in the living room so I can see the big tv, Sides my bedroom is way too small.

It’s all Pavlov. You have a room where all you’ve ever done is eat, sit, watch tv, whatever? You’ll NEVER exercise in THAT room. Pavlov. That’s why people have GYMS: there’s PLACE where you DO that. Notice how slackers and talkers get sneers at the gym? it’s out of place. The Pavlovian primal contract is that the place is for a particular use.
So if you buy exercise equipment, put it in its OWN place, where all you do is exercise.
And if you run a company, put in ONE room for people to gripe…don’t let them do it in areas intended for another purpose…like work?
